Petite Homes was created from two Colorado natives. Both grew up in small mountain towns in different areas of Colorado, and became friends in 2012 after meeting through their spouses in Denver. A few years later, they each ended up on the Western Slope with their spouses and 2 kids close in age. With their expertise and backgrounds in Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction they came together to build something that would be unique in the industry. Petite Homes is a Colorado based company that caters to Colorado residents with structurally designed and stamped plans for your specific location! The partnership formed ideas to create quality, yet affordable tiny homes, ADU's and home offices.
